Thanks for the link.  I received it directly from the Bureau, yesterday.  I think you have a "thing " going.  I (we) thoroughly enjoyed the time spent at your lodge.  The facilities are top notch, the service was excellent and the personnel are terrific. 

We really enjoyed and appreciated Doug.  He, first of all, is a character.  Second, he is sincerely dedicated to making the customer experience as enjoyable as he can.  He is totally customer focused in addition to having a lifetime of knowledge and experience.  I felt completely safe and secure in riding with him and that he knew the environment he was taking us into.

I do not want to single out any one individual either.  I was thoroughly impressed with your entire staff.  They made us feel welcome, appreciated and like we want to come back.  I hope to do that soon.  My wife and I are working on plans to do just that. 

Thank you again for the hospitality and for delivering on the "promises" that you advertise.  The fishing was excellent.  We will be back.
