“We had terrible weather the two and half days we were there. Despite the bad weather, we were treated great. Everyone from the dock boys taking care of us in the rain, to fantastic service in the bar and lodge. We are currently in the process of selecting the times next year that we plan on coming up there again. We have nothing but good to say about our stay at Sunset Lodge and will definitely be back.” - Scott Z

“Positives:  beautiful lodge and setting, great staff working the harbor and tending bar, excellent fishing. Negatives:  refrigerator much too small for four guys in Cabin A, couldn’t watch Twins games in our cabins, TV remote didn’t function properly. The reasons I chose your resort over some of your competition for this trip was it was closer to our fishing destination, perceived ability to watch the games in our cabin, and ability (unneeded) to use air conditioning in the cabin.” – Blaine B
 
“A big THANK YOU to you and the staff.  We had a great stay, great fishing (despite the weather) and great meetings.  Service is your focus without sounding to cliché.  That is very important.  We have stayed at other resorts in the area and no one is more hands on than your staff!  One constructive comment would be the beds.  A few of the beds in our cabin sluffed to one side making it tough on bigger guys like myself.  We will go out on the different social media forums and give you a good review this week.  We will also gather pictures for you to post. “We had a great trip! The weather was warm and the fish were biting. Once again the staff at the lodge were great! The food was very good! This year we had two new guys that were along for the trip. They were impressed with the lodge and service. We didn’t take much for pictures this year.. Again we thank Sunset Lodge for another great fishing and vacation trip.  We will be back next year!
